Brooke sets the strategic vision for the CFO Alliance with a constant focus on excellence and ensuring that the CFO Alliance team consistently delivers superior quality service to all clients. Proclaimed by many as an “accountant with a personality,” Brooke brings a sense of partnership, strategic thinking and innovation to every relationship, traits that reflect her multi-faceted role as an entrepreneur, busy mom of two and philanthropist. Her clients range from public companies to some of the nation’s fastest growing privately held companies.

Brooke has 15 years of progressive financial management experience. Prior to founding the CFO Alliance, she served as Chief Financial Officer of a $200 million company, where she was responsible for securing financing deals, negotiating vendor agreements, restructuring leases, optimizing business processes, procuring assets, and building the accounting and finance teams.

Brooke began her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen after graduating from Florida State University and earning her CPA. She went on to work for Deloitte & Touche, where she served a portfolio of audit clients, including privately held start-up companies and multi-national Fortune 500 enterprises. Designated by Deloitte as a Sarbanes-Oxley internal control expert, Brooke earned a series of promotions before attaining the role of senior manager. She was among 20 team members selected firm wide for participation in the prestigious Ellen P. Gabriel Fellows Program, which enables high-performing senior managers to further develop their leadership skills.

Deeply committed to community service and the ideals of social responsibility, Brooke has served as the Chairperson for various charity events, including the Tampa Bay Technology Forum (TBTF) Foundation’s Tech Jam. She is a member of TBTF, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Business Transition Council of Tampa Bay, Business Exit Planners, LLC, and the Society of Successful Women.
